Corporate Governance

As responsible professionals, based on our experience of customer care over the course of many years actively involved in a wide range of services, we believe in business activities focused on generating wealth and social welfare, in accordance with the United Nations Global Compact. We do this by implementing a business ethic based on responsibility in accordance with the premises set out below, turning them into our principles:

  • Compliance with current legislation.
  • Transparency and mutual trust with our clients.
  • Respect for human rights.
  • Favourable development of labour relations.
  • Promotion of social responsibility.
  • Focus on communication and dialog.

Within the scope of carrying out our corporate social responsibility, SUARDIAZ Group adhered to the United Nations Global Compact in 2011 and renews its commitment annually. Latest progress report.

Being a signatory means we assume the commitment to implement and develop its Ten Principles with our human team, clients, suppliers and society as a whole, and to publicly and regularly inform about the measures adopted and the progress made.

The Global Compact is a voluntary international initiative promoted by United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan on 31st January 1999, aimed at all companies, labour organisations, NGOs and other civil society agents with the goal of achieving global corporate citizenship based on universal ethical values and ten internationally accepted principles.

Its principles are based on human and labour rights, the defence and protection of the environment and the fight against corruption, as deriving from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the World Labour Organisation and the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Fight against Corruption.
